Pros
Very family-oriented culture. We work in order to have a life - not the other way around. Since we all wear a few hats, there is the opportunity to learn new skills and to grow into different roles.
Cons
Although we are the largest and oldest technology company in the region, all small companies share some challenges. We are competing against much larger out of state corporations with large staff and big financial resources. While we are very successful, it is very challenging to win the business.

My first job in UK. I enjoyed working there,it felt like a second home to me. I was more at work then at home,but that was purely my choice. The management was great too, really appreciative and trying to always work around your needs,if you had any. They would have the patience to teach and train you and the colleagues were okay also.
