Pros
If you are looking for a place where you really want to learn and grow look no further, you will be given all resources for your learning and guidance and also decent starting compensation. The CEO is friendly and will always back you and when required, if something goes wrong, you will receive honest feedback.
Cons
No cons as such but if I am nitpicking since it is a small company growth is good till you are a fresher after that it might become stagnant. Depends on the project totally though.
