It's a System integrator but they have a internal product specific: a Digital Newsstand with pagination (good) and a CMS called Kolumbus (regular). Very skilled dev guys, they try to use the most recent tecnologies.
Cons
Most of the Project Managers(PM) here are extreme authoritarian, give a ridiculous deadlines to please the client and make suffer the devs. Company PM-centralized and some PM underqualified. Sometimes 1 dev do the work of 3.
