      They steal your hard earned money and don't care about their employees

      Some of the co workers are truly wonderful people.

      Cons

      Almost everything! From day one people bullying others, favoritism, no communication skills, and straight up lies. The worst is having to check your part sub weekly just to make sure you were paid correctly. Which there hasn't been one week where a check has been correct. It gets so stressful that you stop looking at them and just except it which is probably what they want to happen. Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for and can't wait to leave!!!

      Pros

      I loved working outside and construction work! I Liked the inviroment and traveling all over state the pretty country. And liked working with the other construction workers.

      Cons

      The weather was to unreliable and the wild animals sometimes slowed us down as well as waiting for equipment and asfault
