      good salary and a lot of free time sometimes

      Cons

      - the main business is mobile, no growth opportunities or challenges of any sort - lack of clarity on goals - sometimes you have almost nothing to do, other times you are swapped and required to over deliver in a manner that makes absolutely no sense - management can be micro management in a way that would make you hate your life - middle management can be absurd
