Pros
The other drivers are cool people
Cons
Management, pay, hours, poor schedule, poor ownership The owner and management is terrible. Schedules aren't guaranteed and the owner and manager play with schedules and hours and lie about it afterwards. The owner and managers don’t care about the well being of the employees as long as they can get the route completed. They start you saying you are guaranteed 4 days but will only have your work 2 or 3 and the remaining you’ll just help with load out where they say you’ll get paid until 1pm (even if you finish helping load out before then, but that’s a lie as well). Then don’t fall for the overnight trick as you won’t be paid more due to not getting your full hours and them not paying you for the 8 even though that’s one of the selling points they use to get people into doing overnights. Overall the owner is power and money hungry and the managers just do whatever he tells them and don’t care if you get enough hours to pay your bills or not. No promotion process and the company doesn’t like to give raises either. First raise in months and only 1/3 of the company got them even though Amazon paid DSPs to give all employees a raise. Owner pockets majority of money given to the company for the employees and goes on trips to Japan and elsewhere, while more than half his employees use PTO time just to get enough hours to ATTEMPT to pay bills on time. You can come in scheduled 9:30am and they don’t use you, but have you as a load out helper (you get 2 hours and then get sent home) then then MAY send you out the next day or may repeat you as an extra. Punish culture (if management is mad with you, they ignore the rules or mess with your schedules/money on purpose to pull a power move) Literally go to any DSP except for this one, try this one and you’ll regret it for sure. Worst company I’ve ever worked for in my entire life
