Staff could me more diverse, we are working on it

C-Level has no people leadership skills and no EQ towards employees. No appreciation for what is done and achieved by teams and individuals. The only senior person to build up Sales and Marketing was let gone after just 6 weeks because of unrealistic expectations. Having no experience in Sales and Marketing yet telling someone with more than 10 years experience to leave after such a short period of time and treat him this way is unbelievable. Leaders complain about his co-workers to the C-Level instead of addressing it to the people responsible or affected. It is a toxic environment in the making. However Leadership is very junior so this might be better in the future. After being let gone, people approached me which went through the same things. Unfortunately this place is horrible from the inside. Smiling in your face and backstabbing.
