Upper management is passive-aggressive and never steps in to help when the workload becomes unmanageable. Coupled with micromanagement and an insane number of clients assigned to one team, the work days are long and hellish. Would not recommend working here.
Good pay, supportive team, looks amazing on a resume, great opportunity to network and meet fascinating people, both through agency contacts and impressive clients. Also a very well respected agency in the media industry, so it’s easier to build relationships journalists.
Cons
Events heavy, so it can get overwhelming when there’s a lot going on at once. As with any PR agency, clients can be difficult at times.
