      BIG NO! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE

      There is no pros at all in this company; they are judgmental and toxic.There is no opportunity for a career path. Act like they are BIG INDEPENDENT BOSSES, but the reality is a jerk. The CEO won't appreciate you as a human; they will treat you like an animal. A lot of campaigns weren't finished properly, and their clients weren't satisfied with their services. The leads are junk and also didn't meet the client's target. Dael will dig up your money until they give you promises, but the result is a big zero. Please be aware of this company; so many people left because THE INDEPENDENT WOMAN BOSSES couldn't afford to pay!

      • Management was distant from the team. • If you are a good pperformer then they will load you with tons of workloads and clients without adding benefits.

      - Nice friendly environtment. Everyone is open minded and approachable. - Can be promoted early if you perform well - Nice entry level place to learn about the trade and sharpen your skill - Helpful teammates and leaders

      - Campaign difficulties differs for each product which could make or break your performance metric - There's always something new that leads to new policy/rules every now and then - High turnover rate
