Pros

The company overall provides a decent work environment with supportive colleagues and good learning opportunities. My teammates were cooperative and made it easier to handle day-to-day challenges. However, my experience with my reporting manager was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of professionalism, communication skills, and people management. In my 7 years of work experience, I have not encountered such behavior from someone in a leadership role. Unfortunately, this has had a direct impact on team stability — multiple team members have left within a short span, which reflects deeper issues that need attention. Despite this, there seems to be limited intervention from higher management.

Cons

Useless leadership by team manager

Pros

The only pro is you can climb up the ladder in this organisation if you can involve yourself with favouritism and politics initiated by the very of owner of the company

Cons

Not elaborating this out of any personal grudge but just want to save carrier of any person who is considering to join this company, Join this company only if you can deal with very hostile and toxic environment of work, corporate offices require some level of diplomatic skills but this place is so much mess and highly toxic that the major skill you require is chamchagiri, you would be thrashed and devalued everytime if you are not amongst the favourites of lala (Director) of company and even the results produced by you will not able to speak for you if you cant do chamchagiri, there are people who continuously strive to disbalance and degrade the work place ethics just to maintain there reputation and fake value and lala (Director) is least cared about this as he is just a private art collector and totally unaware of proper method of doing business and what is professional management, a hard core lala company, 7 people have already left the from the post of Head of Department in last 5 years due to this, no one will tell you to resign but you will face so much of toxicity that you will give up at some point of time, save yourself and your carrier!!!!
