HO generally responds in the negative on requests for entitlements, reimbursements, etc. While they may eventually agree, it can take weeks or months. Little support seen for field staff.
The company has strong systems and process to deliver international projects. Good to learn project management skills
Cons
Weak technical knowledge amongst staff. Poor opportunities to learn any technical (subject matter such as investment or agriculture or health) skills and gain field experience. There are opportunities to be mobilised on a field assignment but it depends on your manager (which is subjective)
