Cons of Working Here:
• No raises, no matter how long you work there.

• Constantly expected to do work outside of your job description with no extra pay or appreciation.
• Unprofessional and toxic environment, filled with crude language and blatant favoritism.
• Favoritism and discrimination based on race and age—certain employees are treated noticeably better than others.

The pay is embarrassing considering how much they bring in a year. Which is clear indication of the owner just lines her pockets.
