I keep seeing job announcements for the same positions here over and over again. None of the same staff are still there since I left except the Executive Director. Clearly nothing about the toxic work environment has changed. The Executive Director is one of the most demeaning and abusive bosses I have ever had the misfortune to work for. She would openly mock employees and make outrageous demands on your time but was always careful to do this when only other people under her were around so she would not be held accountable. Don't let the job announcements fool you - there is no work/life balance here under her leadership.
