      Pros

      Handful of opportunities for the firm to assist with in qualifying in the legal profession, with caveats Modest pay for majority of the roles

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload Expectation to work additional hours to cope with unmanageable workload, often unpaid Other than initial training when first joining the firm, no further continuous training or development for majority of employees Continually changing and no clear direction from management Lack of assistance/direction when raising concerns with management Company is against working from home

      Terrible company - CEO is awful and treat you like scum

      No redeeming factors at all.

      Cons

      -CEO is a dinosaur. 80’s 90’s approach to business - Treat staff and customers like utter garbage - Want you to speak to customers/disputants like they are scum - Give people who work in actual Law and bad name and reputation
