      People can balance work and personal life

      1. No benefits 2. Compensation structure is not satisfied 3. Work culture and environment is too bad 4. Senior management is terrific and worst 5. Salary doesn't get credited in proper time. Mostly around 15th in a month 6. Growth is pretty stagnant 7. They usually start harassing their employees who is serving notice period 8. This organization doesn't credited last month salary even after the full and final settlement timeline is crossed. Most of the employees faced these

      If you want to be paid after 15th of every month. Please come and watch the circus. Work work and work, then they won't be having the spine to pay you at the right time. No increments or appraisals only fake promises. If you come here and try to leave the company then a new kind of workflow starts. They'll harass you to the end and won't be giving you the last month's payment.
