      Fun team, see guns everyday, free range access

      Long hours, terrible management they dont care about you at all, no vacation benefits only PTO, No career advancement.

      Engaging environment Firearms Friendly coworkers Decent hours Work life balance as a hourly employee is good.

      Cons

      Some lazy physically coworkers Upper management (those who own the company) don't communicate well with each other or the stores. Longer hours (10hr shifts) No upward movement.
