Pros

Supporting meaningful federal initiatives while working remotely

Cons

Low pay. Poor communication. No cohesion. Not a desirable employer. ALTHOUGH day-to-day experience is more influenced by what project you are hired on to and who you are immediately working with in the company/federal partners. All-staff communications are mostly dedicated to executive leadership congratulating each other. Creative and research team members fulfilling work commitments have low value.
