Might be a tempting place to work because of high salaries, but burnout is not worth it.

Pros
Almost no process is documented so there is a lot of room for improvement. Management is very flexible.
Cons
The culture is toxic (Corporate Values are there just for show.) Compensation is not reflective of performance. There is an absolute lack of transparency from Management.
