None I guess. There is no single benefit on working here. No owner details on their website, address to all social media are inconsistent. Super sketchy company. Owner just EXPLOITING employees that can accept low offer. Normal salary range for Home-base in Philippines (direct to client) is around Php45k due to no benefits and for extra pay for having no job security.
Cons
All of cons can be found on this company. A lot of RED FLAGS as well.. No Company Owner details. No TEAM. HR on email doesn't have a name. Inconsistent Address and phone number. Lack of information on the website. Company offering below minimum for Philippine rate. Php12k for probationary period. That is too low - and they want you to provide your own workstation. You pay for electricity, workstation maintenance, and the we also have government mandatory contributions. What will remain on P12k Salary? They also don't want to talk about benefits and no salary negotitaion. They just want to exploit people that desperately looking for a job. This company is a joke.
