A bit of a train wreck

Pros

- The people are nice. - Some perks like morning teas, supplied lunches for specific occasions, Christmas parties, end of financial year dinners/outings. - Can work from home 3 days a week

Cons

- No chance for promotion. - Computer programs that have had issues for literally years. - Website is old & problematic for clients, has been an issue for a long time. - While we can work from home 3 days a week, that will be changed to 2 days a week soon, was told this would never change which was clearly a lie. - Management listen to concerns but dont act on them. - High turnover rate, mass resignations.

Pros

I worked for DDH Graham for 7 years. During that time I was given many opportunities that had never been given to me previously. I felt respected for my knowledge, understood as a person and allowed to grow. I had excellent mentorship. A small company but one that really wants to do the right thing.

Cons

The hours were long at times and unfortunately the technology was dated.
