Pros

Strong brand name. Lots of buildings. Lots of opportunity if you are Albanian.

Cons

Not what it used to be. All the old district managers have been let go. It’s hard to tell what the company goals are anymore. Also the reason so many of the reviews are positive on here is because they provide contests with employee incentives to leave positive reviews.

Reputable brand. Lots of condos in their portfolio.

Cons

Upper management was not supportive. Regionals were spread thin and always stressed. Head office (CEO, HR, etc) quick to throw their staff under the bus
