      Pros

      Flexibility, familial atmosphere and organic structure (easy to learn new things and to grow in the hierarchy).

      Cons

      Chaotic, no replacement during absences (so you have to work a little during your holidays), salaries are not very high compared to the workload and responsibilities. It is a rather small company with few hierarchy levels, so almost no growth opportunities after reach PM level (almost impossible to reach higher level due to the few places available, no portfolio manager position neither as the company is not that big).
