Interviews are fairly easy Little bit of a hybrid environment Benefits such as year end bonus and medical aid
Cons
They don't really tell you what you are going to do in the interview Only 15 days annual leave ... make sure you account for that if you got more at your previous job Toxic management Micro-management and finger pointing between departments Stressful environment and sometimes overworking Management dont always show respect to all employees Not properly trained, but high output expectation
