Flexible schedule IF you’re able to find people to trade with

THERE ARE NO BENEFITS. THERE ARE NO FREE FLIGHTS FOR ANYONE THAT STARTED IN 2019. They’ll tell it’s a small fee but it’s the same price as a regular ticket and it’s not even for a guaranteed seat. You’re paying 150+ Roundtrip on standby. Also management is over worked so they always have HORRIBLE attitudes. Pay is low. Please don’t waste your time

Pros

The only pro is travel benefits, which is how they sell you n the job. But they are hard to use, especially since seat availability is based on seniority

Cons

Where to start. It’s a minimum wage, back breaking job. Horribly understaffed airports, due to the terrible staff turnover. They never supply enough equipment, so you are constantly trying to turn aircraft around with way too few people of equipment. You need to buy all your own stuff, the best they give you is a pair of pants and a t shirt
