      Pros

      Great team, and an excellent location to live and work. Friendly and helpful colleagues, and mostly reasonable working conditions and requirements.

      Cons

      Terrible hospital management. Constantly in crisis mode. Stressful shifts with too many patients coming through the door and not enough staff. Terrible pay compared to interstate options.
