Everyone adopts the ‘As One’ team approach, opportunities to develop skills in other areas of the business.

Cons

Everytime upper management changes, whole departments have to go through changes, not always to the benefit of the employee, never had a management change where there wasn’t big upheavals and some job losses/people being moved around.
