Pros

The team were amazing and did great work for the clients

Cons

Staff turnover is excessive due to BAD management and lack of leadership. The clients are hoodwinked to sponsor at high cost and do not get value for money. Too often morals are left at the door for employees who are pushed to do things against their beliefs. Nor a diverse or inclusive company to work for

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you have rated us 1* out of 5. We have taken your comments on board and there have been a multitude of changes to our organisation since you were employed. We would also like to state that our clients receive significant value for money in comparison to our competitors and we regularly introduce new services, of which a significant number and included within their contracts with us. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

The team at DIAL Global were fantastic, enthusiastic, hard working with a can do attitude

Cons

This is a difficult one because the company itself could go so far, the want to appear to be the best rivals over actually being a company that looks after there employees and truly care about diversity and inclusion. Everyone is WAY over worked and massively under paid, there is always a reason why you can't get a pay increase yet spends over £1000 on books for someone they want to impress? it makes no logical, moral or business sense whatsoever!! no wonder the turn over is so high. There doesn't seem to be any appreciation for the huge abundance of work you do, if you're new your the favorite and its abundantly clear, when you leave you get treated like dirt - for a company who's name stands for 'Diverse, Inclusive, Aspirational, Leaders' they are NOT very inclusive and have no respect for others. (unless you're a CEO of a big corporate company of course!) It's genuinely a shame writing this review as what the company stands for on paper is something that all companies should aspire to be like but in reality it's all just for show, people are made to feel bad all the time, made to feel stupid, no recognition for the massive workloads & I really do feel sorry for the company because they have no clue, no clue on how to treat people and no clue on how to run a business.

Thank you for your review. We agree...the DIAL Global team is fantastic! We value our people. We are disheartened at your negatives comments. We have conducted job rate reports and we pay our employees at the higher end of the salary banding for each role we employ. This is based upon extensive research and we also offer a generous commission scheme to our employees. We also have a right to disconnect policy and have recently reduced employees working hours whilst maintaining their salary, proving that we invest and value our team. We wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

An important topic of business, if this company can make the change it promises then my hat's off to them.

Cons

For a company to pride themselves on leadership, I saw very little leadership practiced internally. A chaotic management style, lack of support and lack of employee role knowledge made for a very negative workplace. My general feeling was that of they were running before they could even crawl. As much as I was told otherwise, I found this company to be quite money motivated, which was contradiction to their business values.
