      Pros

      DICE is a studio full with people who are incredibly passionate about making the best games and in the best ways. Innovation and creativity is always encouraged and welcome, and the ceiling is very high for people to take on additional responsibilities and grow in their careers. DICE and EA value and take care of their employees, and you never feel like just a cog in a machine. The best place I've ever worked at.

      Cons

      Since we always strive to improve, we often make changes to ways of working before the previous changes have properly settled. We often "throw out the baby with the bathwater" so to speak and don't let the dust settle before making more changes.
