- I don't think there is much pros, probably you can gain more knowledge on the QS processes!
Cons
There are many cons, I wouldn't want to elaborate much but here's a summary: - There is zero empathy for workers here (from the Employer). When you're sick you would still need to work, constant project assigned by Employer even though you have a lot on your plate. Their QS (excluding their children) have at least 20 projects+ on hand. Be ready! - Don't need to expect any pay raise or performance bonus. There will be no such thing! Even if your performance is good, or the quarterly evaluation is very good, you still won't get any benefits! So basically you work like a bull but you'll just get stuck with the basic pay. - Employer micromanages. Any email that has spelling error, or wrong sentence used, or even telegram conversations you have with him, he would screen shot them, circle out and present it to everyone during meetings. Basically, there is no leadership quality in him as a real leader would only do his best to help you, and not be against you! - There are many many more points, but yes you should know roughly the system here already, It was an horrible experience working here, but I'm glad to takeaway wonderful friendships from here. Most of my friends have already left the company, so bye DK for good! All the best to anyone who is planning to take up a job here. (ps if you saw a news report on DK outsource trusting their employees in lieu of the covid situation, it's really a joke because they rarely or never trusts the employees here! wondering how did they get the interview but still good job in getting into the news!)
