      Pay check didn’t bounce. Lots of unpaid overtime.

      Cons

      Total focus on profit. Run by accountants. No safety culture.Foreign ownership doesn’t understand Canadian culture.

      Pros

      The management at DMC are great. The atmosphere is great. I am not micromanaged. I am free to problem solve as I see fit.

      Cons

      I was not told accurately about the nature of the project. There are few downsides to the position though.
