1. Management team doesn't know how to talk to employees without using abusive words, also they encourage unit heads to harass the subordinates 2. Clear lack of receptiveness - Level bias is clearly evident in everyone around 3. Tech team management has a long way to go. Believes in passing the ball to other's court and to avoid the work. That ends up in a waste of everyone's time 4. Internal movement or growth opportunities are NIL
