Pros

Free snacks and at the end of the quarter they'll bring in free food. The office is casual you don't have to dress up in a suit or tie.

Cons

Management is brutal. The past year morale has been down. There's been layoffs and people keep leaving. It's a sad office. Management and senior leadership is to blame. They're so detached from their employees. There's no communication or transparency. The only communication that happens is a scolding email from the CEO or manager telling you you're bad at your job. Employee churn has always been an issue and will continue. Old school and dated office environment. The product is always playing catch up with competitors making it hard to sell.

Pros

The team I worked with was awesome. Unfortunately, they are all gone.

Cons

Companies that don't care about their employees will never make it in Silicon Valley. I made the mistake of taking a job at DNN. They made many promises, but none of them were kept. For the past three years, DNN has cleaned house, and the beginning of Q4 of this year was no exception. The situation was so stressful that many employees decided to quit. The company went from having a sales team of 12 to a team of two. Management blames everyone else for the struggles of the company when, in reality, they are the problem, and until the management is replaced, I don't see a future for this company. My best advice is, if you have any other offers, don't make the mistake I did; use DNN as the last resource.

Thank you for your feedback. We welcome the opportunity to learn how our team members are feeling. I’m sorry that your experience at DNN did not match our intention of being the best place you have ever worked. A re-structuring is never easy. We made difficult decisions, but did so with a genuine intent to create success for those who remained and those who moved on. DNN’s biggest priority has been to optimize our product to serve existing and new clients better, while providing our employees with expanded career opportunities. Our new product will be released December 8, 2016 with a webinar (open to all) that will highlight “Why Marketing and IT Will Love the New DNN.” Sometimes out of difficulty comes something new, shiny and different.
