      You work with many different companies in different service areas. You get to see the big picture in energy. Excellent work/life balance. Fantastic culture of collaboration.

      Cons

      You have to lead your own career. Don't expect anyone to do it for you. There's lots of opportunities but you need to be proactive. You can be silo'd if you're not outgoing.
