      Pros

      The office space was beautiful and I met some great people.

      Cons

      You are expected to give up your personal life completely. There is significant male favoritism. Getting to know your coworkers is a difficult task because of the rate of turnover in the company. In a period of 6 months - a third of the company quit. If you are considering taking a position with this company...you should ask why.

      These are false and libelous statements from a former, disgruntled employee that will be handled through appropriate legal recourse.

      Excellent introduction to the litigation market, but not a company you would want to settle in with.

      Good litigation start-up experience. Broad range of services to the market. High profile cases to work with. Direct court room experience.

      Cons

      No time for personal life! Individuals would be working 60 hours plus on the busy seasons, and commenting back and forward from Lynbrook would leave very little time for anything else.
