Fixed shift & duty (mostly) Timely salary Not too streesful
Cons
They give no salary increment at all It all depends on your Area manager. If he is bad, you will have a tough time surviving Docib Sometimes they make you go to other far branches for no specific reason A lot of dirty politics between area managers. They only treat well whom they like. Very partial
