Very unorganized and biased as a company. A lot of turnover. Zero job stability. Leadership favors and doesn’t hold their remote staff to the same standard as the onsite staff. Upper leadership is very “clique-ish” with certain remote employees. They are operating in the red, I can easily see their contract with AAFES being replaced by another company within the next year or two.

Everything! You never know what your hours are so your pay is never what it should be. Corporate has no comprehension of how an office should and needs to be ran. Just as long as they get a paycheck it doesn't matter how anyone else gets paid. They come to the office and never ask the team anything, just come and sit on the computer. Managers are ridiculous and under qualified, it's a ticking time bomb and one big lawsuit.
