      I have had the privilege of working at DOCS for almost 14 years, and my journey here has been nothing short of amazing. I was initially hired right out of my externship, and DOCS gave me the incredible opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Like any job, there are challenges. Working under pressure is one of them, but I genuinely believe that these moments help us grow and become stronger professionals. The fast-paced environment pushes us to improve, learn, and adapt, ultimately making us more resilient and capable.

      The only positive side to this job is that they’ll give you a flexible schedule, they’ll work around your schedule, wether you attend school or have child care or personal care

      Cons

      The negative side to this job is not having a active provider at each location , management need to work on their communication , it is one of the many reasons why employees argue or become highly frustrated, most times it all has to do with the heavy work load and low salary.
