The only positive side to this job is that they’ll give you a flexible schedule, they’ll work around your schedule, wether you attend school or have child care or personal care

The negative side to this job is not having a active provider at each location , management need to work on their communication , it is one of the many reasons why employees argue or become highly frustrated, most times it all has to do with the heavy work load and low salary.
