Pros
Good training ground for politics and have good work life balance.
Cons
Very bad management. Once you resigned, their main boss will treat you as invisible or will use unreasonable reason to reprimand you. The culture is very toxic and unhealthy. Their turnover rate is so high that new staff always come and go.

The legacy people here are great. I really enjoyed how hard working they were.
Cons
This company is another victim of a leveraged private equity buyout. They cut salaries, brought in ivy league managers with no experience and ran out anyone with experience.
