      DoorCo is an ambitious and people focused business with great talent in all areas. DoorCo has many examples of how employees have grown their skills and have been promoted through the business.

      Cons

      There are none that come to mind, apart from car parking can sometimes be a little challenging.

      Pros

      I joined DoorCo Ltd as their HR Manager in 2021, this was a brand new role with lots of scope. The senior management were incredibly supportive and the business continues to grow. Great business and great people.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say, I only left to take on another challenge.
