      Fast paced Entrepreneur Ability to play major role in leadership and strategy Great vision from CEO I get to create my own role Team collaboration is outstanding especially being 100% virtual May appear to be low work life balance but when I need time lead shop supports me

      Comp can be better but the opportunity to be major contributor outweighs that So many opportunities that strains resources
