      Pros

      Free lunch from time to time. Fully climate controlled, open door policy is held true(Provided caution). Parking is quite accommodating. Some what clean working environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism, The heads of departments can get away with a bit much, also work place hazing is a thing but what machine shop doesn't have that?
