      Pros

      Free lunch from time to time. Fully climate controlled, open door policy is held true(Provided caution). Parking is quite accommodating. Some what clean working environment.

      Cons

      Favoritism, The heads of departments can get away with a bit much, also work place hazing is a thing but what machine shop doesn't have that?

      Pros

      The pay is ok if you can work at a fast pace, the hours are flexable as long as it gets done the day your stuff shows up, and good management.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit of heavy lifting, you will have to work holidays (except Dec 25th), and not much for available time off.
