      Overall A Very Good Small Company

      Pros

      DPRA is a small company and each office feels like a small family. Senior management communicates effectively with their employees and knows just about everyone that works under them. Also, the benefits here are great.

      Cons

      DPRA relies heavily on government contracts which might be their own downfall. Also, not too sure if the company will exist in the long term. Senior management seems to want to cash out of the company.

      We are diversifying out contracts, expanding our capabilities (e.g just certified as CMMI level 3) and growth is our primary objective.

      Good place but Poor funding

      Results orientated organization. Good co-workers. software development. Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Lack of funding. Difficult to get accurate requirements. Unnecessarily heavy on process.

      We hope our recent CMMI 3 qualification will help us to continue to improve our processes. Funding will increase as our business development process bears fruit.

      Worked with some very knowledgeable people Good sense of teamwork Multiple training/professional development opportunities

      Cons

      There are not a lot of contracts (difficult to find another position if you lose your contract) Management is detached
