If your applying for a new job please don't, run as far as you can. If you see positive comments on this website don't be fooled, this is because the CEO asked the employees to put positive comments as the review were extremely bad! The CEO is fickle minded, be prepared for her to label the employee as “ineffective”, “inconsistent”. It takes one to know one. The boss would constanly swear and be abusive. Nothing I can do was ever good enough. There is a super high turnover. People will be leaving every now and then. The work load is incredibly unfair and impossible to do. There is a complete lack of communication and i felt talked down to and belittled everyday. This company caused me major stress to work for which spilled into my personal life. This is the worst company i have ever worked for.

Locations: Either in the temporary booked conference rooms or outside? No proper desk. Work hours: Irregular. You can start work at 8.30am morning team meetings and then expects another meeting at jurong location by 10am then follows and discussions with US counterparts at 10-11pm. So. you work round the clock. Lastly, the worse. Management. Honestly everyone else is very supportive except the CEO. She can scream in public at staffs, forgets what she asked for them screams again for doing something she didn’t ask and the list goes on. There is no respect for employees at all. Everyday is very demoralising and stressful for everyone. The advantage: Everyone comes together and support one another because everyone in the company knows how hard it is to deal with the Boss. At every end of the day, we can give a pat at the back, yes! we survived another day! Sad but true. Be prepared to redo slides 4-5 times over and over again until it’s back to the original piece. To decide on 1 report drafts takes weeks. Excel and documents all over the place. Anyways, nobody was able to endure it, some are just staying until they found something better.
