We will start with scheduling, you get your schedule which is constantly changed 3 days before you work it, so on a Thursday you will know what you are doing on Monday. So if you want to plan a trip, or day care ….. you can’t .
Asking for days off is meet with pressure even though you are only a PART time employee. They do 7 hr shifts. So working 4 days a week, no two days together and only get at MOST 28 hrs.
