The company as a whole does not feel very organised and it feels like there's not really a common aligned long-term plan. Management is afraid to make decisions or trusting the teams to make some decicions themselves, sometimes taking weeks if not months to decide on something which leads to frustration in the teams. Company values were non-existent when I started and something we tried on implementing, however, despite really great efforts from a team of people these values are only really lived by some in the company and that certainly doesn't include management. Management also only ever seems to act on something when it's already way too late making matters sometimes worse. The company is trying to compete on the european market, however paying wages which can at best compete with the local area. I had to basically fight for over a year to get a tool I said was essential and absolutely crucial for proper error reporting. Suffice to say, when I left the company the tool was still not provided. The company unfortunately burns talent by the talent going all out and doing their very best even above what they need to and the company not honoring this appropriately if at all thus leading to people doing the bare minimum or leaving the company outright.
