- NO annual increment despite requests - NO clear career growth - Lack of supervision or mentorship - Frequent out-of-scope tasks (e.g., video editing, creating itineraries) - “Staycation” but still REQUIRED to work - Often given LAST MINUTE tasks that end up unused - Private clinic MC NOT ACCEPTED - Inconsistent bonuses - Required to brief new staff even 15 days AFTER resignation - Expected to interview and train new hires despite being a junior staff - NO software subscriptions provided (e.g., Adobe)
