There are no pros to working at this company unless you are a director. don't ever apply for this job unless management changes.

Cons

The higher ups at this company are corrupt. There is a board of directors that should be ashamed of themselves for not seeing this. They are bought and paid for by CEO and should be embarrassed to be associated with this fraudulent company.

Pros

Top leadership has a clearly defined vision of where the organization needs to head to be successful and communicates that mission with no ambiguity. Being part of a team that stands at the top of our profession. Pay is above average at all levels.

Cons

Past tensions came when senior employees refused to understand the trends in the industry and attempted to substitute their agendas for corporate direction.
