Pros

There are no pros to working at this company unless you are a director. don't ever apply for this job unless management changes.

Cons

The higher ups at this company are corrupt. There is a board of directors that should be ashamed of themselves for not seeing this. They are bought and paid for by CEO and should be embarrassed to be associated with this fraudulent company.

Pros

This is a great company, they care about non profit organizations and try to assist them in achieving their goals. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to assist. They are also looking for ways to give back to the community.

Cons

I have no issues here keep up the good work everyone

Pros

DRI International is an organization that listens to the problems of its employees and respects them regardless of their race, gender, or age. The directors, and those in senior positions, are constantly trying to improve the work environment and work with staff to improve the organization. DRI leadership is not satisfied with simply being a leader in the industry, but there is also a conscious effort to build a community. The business continuity industry is better off for having a company that strives to educate and accommodate business continuity professionals. I am happy to be a part of the org that brings the best resources and education to the business continuity field.

Cons

The company is a little young when compared to companies in other industries. It is still constructing some of the smaller internal cogs. This can lead to confusion and misunderstanding among employees and management at times. However, management, and many staff members, are constantly working to improve communication and team spirit to increase efficiency, as well as customer and employee satisfaction.
